Happy Easter week from your friends at Flash Bash!
Whether you celebrate or not, Easter is a wonderful time to gather with friends or family. We’re spending the week getting ready to celebrate the holiday with a spring brunch at Kelly’s house. A group of our close friends will join us as we share delicious spring dishes and cute decor.

Since we have several gluten free guests, and a few of the attendees are vegetarian or vegan, we’re planning for a few dishes that will please every palate. Here’s what we’re thinking.
In place of eggs, these chickpea frittatas sound like a wonderful way to sneak in our favorite spring veggies. We think asparagus and red peppers would be delicious! Here’s a tip: bring goat cheese or feta to sprinkle on top for those that eat dairy.
Deviled potatoes? Um, yes please. This potluck staple gets a welcomed update by subbing traditional hard boiled eggs for roasted potatoes. We can’t wait to try these!
These protein pancakes are Kelci’s absolute favorite - and even better than traditional pancakes, in her opinion! Pro tip: keep a pint of blueberries in your freezer so you can make these anytime the craving strikes. We’re thinking we’ll make silver dollar sized pancakes this weekend and offer a variety of fruit toppings, along with honey, syrup, and coconut whipped cream.
We’re feeling a bit adventurous, so we think we might give these veggie sausage patties a try! If you’re familiar with meat substitutes, you know it’s relatively easy to find a vegan option that will satisfy your craving for a savory breakfast side. But take gluten out of the picture, and you’ve got a bit of a challenge on your hands! This recipe looks super flavorful and delicious.
Cinnamon Bun Donuts. Guys: this is not a drill...Cinnamon. Bun. DONUTS. Um, we are HERE for it. If you don’t have a donut pan, try making these in a muffin tin. When this many delicious ingredients are involved, you can’t go wrong!
And finally, you know it wouldn’t be a party if we didn’t decorate a bit! Here’s what we have planned to spruce up our Easter brunch. Click the links to download them and use them for your party, too!
This super cute banner would be fun draped across the food table, or pinned up behind the bar. We may just hang it early - one day is NOT long enough to display this cutie!
Designed to look oh-so-cute next to our Hop Hop Hooray banner, this festive print is the perfect sentiment for a leisurely Easter brunch. Just be hoppy, okay? ;)
